Pesto tagliolini with mediterranean beans
Instructions
Put in Blender with garlic, pine nuts, a few drops of olive oil and blend once for 30 minutes.
Add the shelled beans, grated Parmesan, chopped almonds and the rest of the oil.
Before you mix add some mint leaves and season with salt.
Cook the pasta and when it is cooked, handle with the sauce in a pan.
If found to be a bit dry add a spoonful of cooking water from the pasta and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta tagliolini with eggs
- 300 g of shelled beans
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of almonds
- 50 g of pine nuts
- 100 g of olive oil extra virgin
- Some leaves of mint
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
