Tagliolini with sturgeon
Instructions
To warm the water soaked sultanas and chopped pine nuts.
Cut thin strips sturgeon.
Peel the garlic spiccliio and roast in a pan with oil.
When the garlic has browned, add the sturgeon, raisins and pine nuts.
After 2 minutes, turn off the heat and add the finely chopped Arugula.
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and pour into the pan with the sauce.
Mix with a ladle of cooking water and serve.

- 280 g of type pasta noodles
- For the gravy:
- 50 g of smoked sturgeon
- 100 g of arugula salad
- 20 g of pine nuts
- 20 g of sultanas
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
