Summer noodles
Instructions
Cook the pasta al dente in salted water and, meanwhile, cut into thin strips, ham, Swiss cheese and tomatoes without seeds.
Season the pasta with these ingredients, adding the basil leaves and mayonnaise.
Stir everything together gently and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta tagliolini with eggs
- 200 g of mayonnaise
- 100 g of emmenthal cheese
- 100 g of ham
- 2 tomatoes
- 5 leaves of basil
- Salt
