Tagliolini streamers
Instructions
Cook in plenty of salted boiling water the noodles.
Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into cubes and chopped anchovy fillets in olive oil.
Place in a large bowl, add the beaten eggs, a handful of grated Parmesan and stir the ingredients thoroughly.
Drain the pasta al dente, pour into a baking dish and toss with the softened butter.
Finally, add the previously prepared mixture and stir well.
Put the pasta in the oven already warm at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes, the time it takes to melt mozzarella but not to grill the dough.
Serve immediately with warm spolverizzandoli more grated Parmesan.

- 400 g of type pasta tagliolini with eggs
- 300 g of mozzarella
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 2 eggs
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Pepper
- Salt
