Instructions

Wash the kid with the lemon juice and cut it into pieces.

Season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic.

Let marinate overnight.

Fry the kid and add the water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.

Add diced tomatoes, onions and peppers, and mix well.

Cook the kid for another 30 minutes until the meat is tender.

Add the wine and cook for 15 minutes.
