Fish tartare with kiwi
Instructions
Collect the lemon juice in a large bowl, add four tablespoons of olive oil, salt and crushed pepper.
With a very sharp knife, cut into thin strips sea bream and sardines, divide the smoked salmon into strips.
Put all the fish in the bowl of lemon juice, stir gently.
Keep in a cool place, but not in the refrigerator for an hour.
Peel the Kiwis and cut them into thin slices.
Drain fish from maceration juice and dry quickly on a paper towel.
Put each type of fish at the center of a plate and winter cherries with kiwi slices to form a flower.
Accompanying wines: Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC Bianco DOC Bolgheri, Castel Del Monte Bianco DOC.
