Chocolate tartlets
Instructions
Beat the whole eggs and the egg yolk with the sugar, add the melted butter, hazelnuts, flour, a pinch of vanillin and liquor.
Mix all and place in greased and floured tartlets, filling for 3/4.
Bake in hot oven at 170 degrees for half an hour.
Remove from the oven and remove the small pastries, once warm garnish with cocoa and vanilla sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of flour
- 200 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 150 g of finely chopped hazelnuts
- Vanillin
- 1 glass of rum
- For garnishing:
- Cocoa
- Vanilla sugar
