Instructions

Work with a fork the 300 g of gorgonzola to reduce it into puree.

Stir in 100 g of soft butter.

Season with a little pepper and 1 shot of brandy.

Allow to cool in the refrigerator and then, with wet hands, since many large balls compound like a hazelnut.

Roll the balls in chopped parsley and Mint, arrange them on the serving dish and keep them in the refrigerator until ready to serve with aperitifs.
