Salmon tartlets
Instructions
Sift the flour onto the table top.
At the center of the pile make a hole and put salt, sugar and baking powder sifted, mix well and Add egg and milk.
Work the ingredients, incorporating the flour until it forms a thick dough, then add the butter in small pieces.
Stir in remaining flour and knead quickly with your hands, until dough is smooth.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a 3 mm thick sheet and with a floured glass or stencil cut discs with a diameter of 9 cm.
To put the discs in aluminum pans with a diameter of 9 cm, pressing the edge of diskettes against the walls.
Drill holes in the bottom of the dough with a fork, so that no air bubbles are formed.
Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 200-210 degrees for 15 minutes.
Deploy the Russian salad in chilled small pastries and complete with salmon and parsley.

- 1 sachet of pizza yeast
- 250 g of white flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of milk
