Almond tartlets
Instructions
The doses are for 30 pie mould.
With the flour, butter, sugar and the egg yolks make the pastry, let it rest a quarter of an hour then roll out the dough to a height of about half a centimeter and stencils you lined; spread the dough with a little jam.
Apart beat the whole eggs plus egg yolk with sugar and milk, supplemented with a liqueur of your choice and pour the cream in the pie mould; Sprinkle almonds on top.
Passed in the oven at moderate heat for 20 minutes, the dough should be a golden color.

- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 2 egg yolks
- For the filling:
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of milk
- Jam
- 1 dram of liquor
- Almond flakes
