Boil for 15 minutes the asparagus tips, drain, dry.
Fill the small pastries (you can buy ready made pastry or supermarkets) with asparagus tips, cut, add a knob of butter, cover with sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Do Brown in hot oven for about 10 minutes
