Salmon canapés
Instructions
Well 40 g chopped salmon (20 g will serve for garnish) and parmesan and mix with the mascarpone.
Cut the slices of bread in the triangle, slightly tostatele and spread them with the cream.
Arrange on a platter and decorated with salmon fillets, previously kept and small olive slices.

- 60 g of smoked salmon
- 40 g of parmigiano
- 60 g of mascarpone
- 8 black olives
