Canapes to grappa with pears
Instructions
In a bowl mix the mascarpone with the petit suisse until you obtain a homogeneous and fluffy mixture.
Should be sprayed with the grappa.
Peel and divide the PEAR slices, cut each in half, spray them with lemon juice.
Cut each slice of fontina cheese into four triangles and squares to sliced bread.
Spread the bread with the mascarpone cream and then winter cherries with a slice of PEAR and fontina triangle

- 3 cheese petit-suisse
- 2 slices of fontina cheese
- 1 pera
- 1 tablespoon of grappa
- 1 lemon
