Instructions
In a bowl, soften the petit suisse and then mix them with two tablespoons of grated Parmesan and chopped parsley leaves.
Remove the crust from the bread slices and spread with cheese mixture; then lay a slice of prosciutto and above this a thin skinned tomato washer.
Finish decorating with a black olive stoned.

- 3 fresh cheese petit-suisse
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 green tomato
- Butter
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- Black olives
