Chicken Canapes (Tartine di Pollo)
Instructions
The chicken must be cooked, tritatelo and cut thin slices celery.
Put chicken, celery and flaked almonds in a large bowl and stir.
Add mayonnaise and stir well with a wooden spoon.
Place the chilli, salt and pepper.
Butter the slices of bread.
Spread the previously prepared on two slices of bread and cover with the other two buttered slices.
Stenciling by 5 cm in the shape of a flower, cut out two flowers in every Canapé.
Arrange on a serving dish and serve immediately or cover the plate with an adhesive foil and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Suggested wine: Bardolino.
