Instructions
Chop the chocolate and melt it Bain-Marie in a saucepan with sugar and butter.
Stir, remove from heat when the cream is thick.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly and then add the egg yolks and whipped cream.
Put in a freezer for 4-5 hours to firm the dough.
Form with the help of a teaspoon balls, pass them in cocoa powder and put them back in the refrigerator until serving.
