Baked potato with truffles
Instructions
Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into slices not too thick.
Put them in a saucepan, cover with milk and salted just as water, and cook al dente.
In a saucepan, Saute chopped shallots in a knob of butter and drained potatoes insaporitevi.

Clean the truffle and cut very thin slices.
In a buttered baking dish arrange the sliced potatoes and truffle slightly overlapping ones.

- 700 g of potatoes
- 50 cl of milk

- 1 shallot
- 30 g of grated cheese
- 30 g of butter
