Instructions
Make sure you have a kitchen mixer, which will blend for a few seconds the cookies.
Remove them and put them aside in a bowl.
Do the same thing with chocolate pieces.
Meanwhile, add the softened butter (that you pulled out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before using) and sugar to which you will add the rum and the chopped cookies and blend for a few more seconds.
At the end you will get a soft mixture that you put into the bowl and let rest in refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Finally, formed with the palms of the balls and emerge them in cocoa powder.
Serve cold in paper baking cups.

- 150 g of chocolate
- 75 g of soft butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of dry biscuits
