Instructions
Sauté the meat in butter for 8 or 10 minutes, then the onions for 2 minutes, add the tomato sauce and stir; Add the flour and mix, add a sachet with herbs (thyme, garlic, Bay leaves, pepper, parsley), salt, water and cook gently for 15 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook another 20 minutes.
Remember to remove the bag before serving.

- 2 red onions finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of butter
