Pans of lettuce
Instructions
Wash the lettuce and cut into strips.
Chop the onion and let it FRY in 20 g of butter.
Add the lettuce and cook for 15 minutes and add salt.
In another saucepan melt 10 g butter, add the pork tenderloin cut into two slices and Bacon into small cubes and fry them.
Add salt, pepper, wet with wine and let evaporate.
Drain the tenderloin by salad dressing, cut into small cubes and keep it aside with the bacon.
Heat the oven to 250 degrees.
Add 20 g of butter in cooking, let it heat up, then incorporate the flour and milk, stirring.
When the mixture has thickened (it will take about 10 minutes), remove from heat, add a grated nutmeg, grain, meat, bacon and lettuce into strips.
Grease 4 pans sprinkle breadcrumbs, divide and preparation in the oven for 25 minutes.

- 4 hearts of lettuce salad

- 30 cl of milk
- Nutmeg
- Breadcrumbs
