Pan of hake
Instructions
In a pan to wilt in oil and butter leeks cut into rings.
Remove from heat, place the hake fillets over leeks, cover with chopped tomatoes, season with salt and sprinkle with wine.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil anointed with butter and put in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil, sprinkle the hake with chopped parsley and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 great hake fillets
- 20 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Some of leeks
- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Parsley
- Salt
