Pan of zucchini and tomatoes
Instructions
Check the courgettes, wash them carefully and dry them with kitchen paper towels and cut into slices.
Soon after, scalded in boiling water the tomatoes (previously washed), let them cool, Peel and slice them up.
Meanwhile, Peel the onion, rinse it and let it Brown in olive oil.
Then, away from the fire, add the chopped herbs and stir.
Grease a baking Tin with oil rather capacious, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fill it with the layered vegetables completing (each layer) with sauteed Onions.
Spread evenly with mozzarella cut into slices, sprinkle a bit of oil and breadcrumbs add salt and pepper and bake for about 30 minutes at 250 degrees.
When cooked, let it cool and serve as a side dish.

- Marjoram
