Pork dainty
Instructions
In a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil lightly and add the Diced Bacon.
When you become transparent Add onion, celery and carrot chopped well.
Stir and then add the minced pork loin, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Stir again to make seasoning and bring to cooking by spraying warm broth if necessary because the mixture should be smooth.
In another pan heat two tablespoons of oil with a clove of garlic, add the mushrooms until softened in warm water and then properly wrung, half a glass of wine, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, salt and pepper.
Simmer gently until sauce is reduced to half and, in the end, Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley.
Meanwhile with the mixture of minced loin make small meatballs and then mash by giving them a round shape and flat.
Place these "dainty" in the saucepan of mushroom gravy, let flavour for a few minutes, and put them on the serving dish.
Served with mashed turnips.

- 600 g of pork loin
- 100 g of bacon
- 20 g of dried mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 costa of celery
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Broth
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
