Tah chocolate ferrara
Instructions
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with sugar.
Meanwhile, melt the butter with the chocolate in a Bain-Marie.
When the chocolate is cool, add the egg yolks and mix well mounted.
Add the flour and mix well; Finally add the whipped egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan previously greased with butter and floured.
Put in oven at 200 degrees then lower to 180 degrees for 17-18 minutes and no more.
Once removed from the oven is recommended to leave it resting on a table so that under air circles cake (recommended use the grate of oven).
When is cold cut into squares and sprinkle with icing sugar.
