Bowl of squid of ivy
Instructions
Clear 500 g big squid.
Sbollenta for 5 minutes in water or broth.
Drips.
Transfer into a bowl.
Sputter 4 peppercorns and 5 leaves of ruta, add 1 teaspoon honey satin, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of anchovy paste, half a glass of marsala all'uovo, half a cup of cooked must, beat to make homogeneous and pour over squid.
Cover with a thin layer of oil covered in oven and cook until squid are very tender (about 1 hour).
Serve hot or cold.
