Turkey terrine with vegetables
Instructions
Blend the Turkey Breast, herbs and lemon peel; pass the mixture into a bowl and mix it with the egg yolks, salt, pepper, a few tablespoons of cream, egg whites, peas and carrots boiled beforehand.
Mix everything together and pour into a mold.
Cover with a sheet of silver paper and cook in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 170 degrees for one hour.
Let cool then put on a serving dish and serve with mayonnaise.

- 600 g of turkey breast
- 300 g of peas
- 200 g of carrots
- 1 tablespoon of chopped tarragon
- 1 lemon
- 2 eggs
- A few tablespoons of cream
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
