Borlotti al vino
Instructions
Put soaked for a whole night the beans.
The next day, cook them in red wine by adding 1/2 litre of cold water and herbs; simmer for 1 hour and a half.
Do Brown in butter for 10 minutes the beans and slices of bacon.

- 500 g of borlotti beans
- 250 g of bacon sliced
- 50 cl of red wine
- 50 g of butter
- Herbs
- Salt
- Pepper
