Instructions
Heat the oven to 230° c.
Scrub the potatoes under running water, rinse the Peel onions and courgettes tick, then slice the three vegetables.
In a crock distribute to layers all vegetables, alternating with chopped tomatoes, oregano, cheese, salt, pepper and oil.
Pour a ladle of water and put in the oven already warm until all vegetables are cooked, the water will be absorbed and the surface will have a golden crust.
