Egg timballetti
Instructions
Beat eggs with milk, salt, 1 handful of parmesan and chopped ham.
Pour mixture into buttered moulds creme caramel and covered with aluminum foil and cook in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Sformarli and serve them with a tomato sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Salt
- 1 handful of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of chopped cooked ham
- Butter
