Timbales tortellini
Instructions
Christmas recipe.
Grate cheese, mix them together, put them in a large bowl, then incorpotatevi the béchamel sauce, parsley, a pinch of salt and grated nutmeg.
Turn in the compound the tortellini and stir gently, being careful not to break the pasta shells split the tortellini in 4 buttered ramekins dome and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes until it will be formed on the surface a golden crust.
Turn the molds on individual plates, gently lift the molds and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 servings of type pasta boiled or cooked tortellini in broth drained
- 20 cl of béchamel sauce ready
- 50 g of mixed hard cheeses (like parmesan cheese, pecorino cheese, ricotta)
- 1 tablespoon of frozen parsley
- 10 g of butter
- 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
- 1 pinch of salt
