Salmon timbale
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the chopped onions without color, add the Whiskey and let evaporate; combine the ham cut into strips, then peeled tomatoes and cook for at least 15 minutes.
Add the cream and, out of the fire, smoked salmon cut into strips.
Boil lasagna and spread a layer in a buttered baking dish, then a layer of salsa, shredded mozzarella cheese, a bit of bechamel and all the way through to finish with the sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and Bake until it formed a crust on the surface.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 320 g of type pasta lasagne all'uovo
- 1 mozzarella
- 120 g of smoked salmon
- 1 cup of bechamel
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 60 g of ham
- 4 peeled tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
- 1 dram of whisky
- 40 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
