Vegetable and goat cheese timbale
Instructions
Finely chop the potatoes and boil for 7 minutes.
Sautee spinach and turnip greens.
Butter a bowl and pass it with the breadcrumbs.
Toggle a layer of potatoes, one goat, one of turnip tops ending with potatoes.
Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
