Instructions
2 surf mount yolks with 60 g of sugar.
Add the mascarpone and mix until obtaining a cream.
Arrange on serving dish a layer of ladyfingers soaked in coffee after which you will add the remaining 20 g sugar.
Sprinkle with cream and with a dusting of cocoa.
Complete with a second layer of ladyfingers, cream and cocoa.
Refrigerate before serving.

- 500 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 2 eggs
- 6 cups of coffee
- Sprinkling 1 of bitter cocoa
