Toast to kidney
Instructions
Chop and sautee 1 onion in a tablespoon of butter.
Join a kidney of calf washed, drained and sliced thin.
Sauté for 2 minutes, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons of wet with broth.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes in flames.
Add salt, pepper and season with Worcestershire sauce.
Divide the mixture on 4 slices of bread and cover with 4 slices of bread.
Pass in 1 beaten egg with a little milk, in breadcrumbs and FRY in hot oil.
