Instructions
With the butter, flour and milk make a bechamel sauce, then add salt, add the grated nutmeg.
To season the spinach with a little butter, salt and after 5 minutes, place it in the sauce.
Meanwhile, Cook pasta al dente, drain and dress with butter, parmesan, ricotta cheese in small pieces and half of the prepared sauce.
Put it in a buttered baking dish, cover with the remaining sauce and bake at 200 degrees, 15 minutes.

- 350 g of fresh tonnarelli type pasta
- 200 g of ricotta
- 35 g of flour
- Butter
- 50 cl of milk
- 150 g of boiled chopped spinach
