Peppermint tuna
Instructions
Place the cutlets on a plate of tuna and decorate with a marinade of olive oil, chopped parsley, mint, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Let them immersed in this sauce for 1 hour because completely absorb the flavors, drain them and let them roast on a grill hot already, on both sides, bathing them with their marinade.
Finally decorate with Vodka and liqueur fire dates.
Serve decorated the plate with lemon wedges.

- 1000 g of tuna (cutlets from 170 g each)
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon of mint
- 1 dram of vodka
- Salt
- Pepper
