Tonno in agrodolce
Instructions
Peel the slices of tuna and cut into 3 cm pieces.
Flour and FRY in plenty of oil.
When will gold drain and keep them warm.
In the same oil fry the sliced onions.
Season with salt, pepper and brown them.
Sprinkle with sugar and wet them with vinegar.
Mix, lower the flame and restrict the gravy.
Put the tuna in the saucepan and flavour mixing.
