Tuna in avocado
Instructions
Chopped hard-boiled egg, onion, celery and tuna, mix with the mayonnaise.
Empty avocados gently after having divided into two, to form the ' cups ' with half a centimetre thick walls.
Add the pulp to the mixture, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
Stuffed the ' cups ' of decoratele with avocado and chopped parsley before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 ripe avocado
- == 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- 250 g of tuna in brine
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
