Tuna casserole
Instructions
Peel and wash green beans, carrots and turnips.
Remove the skin, cut them into two slices, remove the cartilage.
Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, lay the tuna and let Cook on both sides over high heat.
When the tuna is ready retire it from the container, remove the excess fat from the cooking, let dry chopped shallots and add vegetables.
Add salt, pepper, flavored with thyme and Rosemary.
Let simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Place the tuna on Greens, wet with half a glass of wine and a ladle of hot water, cover the Pan and Cook, over low heat, for about half an hour.
On serving platter arrange tuna and vegetables.
Served hot.
Accompanying wines: Friuli Latisana Pinot Bianco DOC, Bolgheri DOC Bianco, Capri Bianco DOC.

- Trance 4 of fresh tuna
- 200 g of carrots
- 200 g of rape
- 200 g of green beans
- 1 shallot
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
