Instructions

Prepare a very fine chopped Sage, Rosemary and garlic.

Lay on both sides of the knots.

Place the meat in a pan greased with butter, salt and pepper.

Cover of white wine, put in hot oven to 180 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes, until the wine has evaporated.
