Cheesecake
Instructions
Boil the asparagus and cut into small pieces.
Work the cheese together with cream and eggs.
Season with salt and pepper then mix the mixture with the milk.
Stir in chopped asparagus.
Line with a buttered pastry, pour in the mixture and smooth it and bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.

- 500 g of puff pastry
- 6 cheese petit-suisse
- 3 eggs
- 25 cl of milk
- Salt
- 200 g of cooking cream
- 300 g of asparagus
- Pepper
