Instructions
Prepare the pasta brisée mixing well ingredients; leave then rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
Flatten the dough then line with this buttered mould.
In a bowl beat eggs with ricotta, parmesan, cream, salt, pepper and a rub of nutmeg; mix well then pour the mixture on the dough.
Pass the mold in the oven already warm to 190 degrees for about 25 minutes.
When the cake is inflated and colourful serving directly from the mold.

- 250 g of flour
- 140 g of butter
- Salt
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- For the filling:
- 150 g of ricotta
- 150 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 rub of nutmeg
