Instructions
Whip the yolks with the sugar and the butter; slowly incorporate the flour.
Apart beat the egg whites, add the lemon juice and a few tablespoons of warm water.
Merge the two compounds, adding the grated lemon peel, and then embed the yeast.
Grease a baking pan, dust it with flour, pour the mixture and knits in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

- 2 eggs
- 100 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 250 g of flour
- == 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 lemons (juice)
- 1 sachet of yeast
- Icing sugar
