Instructions
Mix the flour with the baking powder sifted, 400 g sugar, melted butter, the glass of milk, the grated rind and juice of lemon, raisins is soften in warm water and drained.
Add to the mix the egg whites (from egg yolks) mounted until stiff and pour everything into a pan of 25 cm greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
While the cake bakes prepare the vanilla cream, egg yolks by hand with 100 g sugar and diluted with 50 cl of milk you boiled with vanillin.
Let thicken cream moderate flame stirring often.
Let cool and serve with a lemon cake with prepared cream aside.
