Instructions

In a saucepan, over low heat, place the honey, water, rum, salt and cinnamon and let cool.

Then pour together, showerheads, flour with yeast, stirring with a wooden spoon, then slowly pour the warm milk.

Switch on the oven at medium temperature.

Clad in a mould with pastry into two parts and aluminium paper, pour in the mixture; Bake for about an hour.
