Orange Glaze cake
Instructions
Chop the butter, reach into or in a pan and let it melt in a double boiler over low heat.
In a large bowl, work for a long time the eggs with the sugar and 100 g of icing sugar.
When the mixture has reached a bloated, white and frothy setacciatevi the flour and baking powder.
Stir and soften the mixture with the juice of an orange.
Butter a mold and pour in the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, the cake should be soft.
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze: squeeze the other Orange, mix the juice with the remaining icing sugar.
Take the cake, let it cool, dessert, turn out onto a serving dish, cover with icing for spreading evenly.
Be firm with al fresco.
Serve.
