Banana Cake (Torta Alle Banane)
Instructions
Unroll the pastry and coated paper a making it adhere well to the edges, stamped on the bottom with a fork and cook in the oven already warm to 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
Prepare the filling: puree bananas with lemon juice and a tablespoon of sugar.
Beat the egg yolk with the sugar, add the remaining flour and milk, bring to a boil and thicken, add the grated chocolate to the cream and stir carefully, add the Banana Smoothie cream and blend until you have a smooth cream.
Remove the Pan from the oven, transfer the cream by smoothing the surface, put the Pan in the oven and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
Allow to cool and serve.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 100 g of cocoa
- 20 cl of milk
- 60 g of sugar
