Ginger cake
Instructions
Mix together 400 g flour, 200 g of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Incorporate 200 g of melted butter, 1 beaten egg, and eventually 100 g diced Candied Ginger.
Place the dough in a greased baking, level it and rub with beaten egg.
Affect the surface with a series of small cuts grate with the help of a knife.
Bake the cake for 40 minutes in the oven already warm to 150 degrees.
