Instructions

Work the butter (not melted) with sugar until it gets a cream.

Slowly add flour, potato starch, grated lemon, stirring you'll get a soda paste well.

Add for the last egg whites and almonds pounded.

Add a dash of milk and mix everything well.

Grease a mould and bake as usual for 50 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
