Cake with apples
Instructions
Remove the butter from the refrigerator and allow to soften at room temperature.
In a bowl, worked for a long time the eggs with sugar until they are foamy and white.
Only at this point add the softened butter and pounded vigorously because it dissolves completely.
Add to the mixture the flour and baking powder sieved and finally, apples, peeled and cut into chunks instead of regular.
Stir to blend the ingredients.
Grease and flour a mold by removing excess flour, pour the mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Withdrawn, let cool and put.
This Apple Pie can be served hot immediately or left to cool and completed with a cream.
